Social Distancing Shrimp Boil Bake

I don't know about you, but social distancing has not stopped me from craving all my warm weather favorites that are normally shared with a large group of friends.  Margaritas by the pool, outdoor barbecues and l o w   c o u n t r y   b o i l s!  We usually have at least one or two Low Country Boils during the summer and I have been craving that Old Bay smell now that the weather is warming up.

It is hard to believe that we are starting week four of self-quarantine and social distancing.  Some days, it feels like it is creeping by at a snails pace.  Other days, it feels like the weeks are whizzing right past us.  I have relished this time with my family, but also miss our everyday normal.  The biggest challenge we've been facing lately is the saga of grocery orders...

Self Quarantine: Day Whatever...

I have lost count of what day this is for our self-quarantine adventures.  Going to have to come up with a new subject line for posts because I don't know what day it is, just that it is a work from home and homeschool the kids day.
